Marci is a RYT-500 yoga teacher who has been teaching since 2016 and practicing yoga since the mid-1990s. Rooted in Hatha yoga, her approach focuses on mindful movement, breath, and creating an accessible practice for all levels.

Anna Potter is passionate about helping clients select and implement strategic service providers, improve processes, and leverage technology solutions that scale. With over 20 years of experience managing compensation, benefits, and global mobility programs in-house for large organizations, she has also developed a daily morning yoga practice that consists of studying yoga philosophy and incorporating movement and postures. Come learn some of the tools that help her remain steady, focused, and sane in this ever-changing industry and world.

Cliff Biermann, CRP, GMS, is the Director of Client Development for Custom Movers Services and has more than 30 years of experience across the household goods transportation, corporate relocation, and global mobility industries.

Known for his collaborative approach and industry-wide perspective, Cliff works closely with moving companies, RMCs, and corporate clients to improve service quality, reduce risk, and enhance the employee relocation experience. He is passionate about identifying best practices, strengthening partnerships across the supply chain, and helping organizations understand how every service partner contributes to the success of a relocation program.

In addition to his professional experience, Cliff brings the perspective of a relocating employee and family member, having personally relocated his own family twice. That experience has reinforced his belief that every policy decision and every service interaction directly shapes the relocating employee’s experience. His unique combination of operational expertise, business development leadership, and firsthand relocation experience makes him a well-rounded voice on the challenges and opportunities facing today’s household goods and corporate mobility industry.

Cliff is a Chicago native but now lives in Alpharetta, GA with his wife, two daughters, and a menagerie of pets. He serves as Membership Co-Chair of the Metro Atlanta Relocation Council (MARC).

With nearly 15 years of experience in the relocation industry, Stacy Churay brings a deep understanding of global mobility and a proven track record of building lasting client partnerships. As Regional Manager — International Business Development, Stacy is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strategic relationships across the Midwest, supporting clients with tailored solutions.

Stacy is actively engaged in the mobility community and has held several leadership roles, including Vice President and Chair of Charitable Causes for the Corporate Relocation Council of Chicago. She also served on Worldwide ERC’s YP40 committee and continues to be an active member of WERC and many of its regional affiliate groups.

She holds WERC’s Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist – Talent (GMS-T) designations, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional development and industry best practices.

A Texas-born and raised Marine Corps veteran, Kirk brings more than four decades of experience in the relocation and moving industry. His passion for the business began with his father, who owned and operated an Atlas agency for 25 years, providing him with a strong foundation and firsthand understanding of the industry from an early age. Today, he combines that deep industry knowledge with his military values of discipline, integrity, and commitment to deliver exceptional service to clients and partners.

Mark Bicocchi is the Global Mobility Program Manager at Driscoll’s, the world’s leading fresh berry company, where he oversees the US Domestic and International Relocation, Immigration and Tax services functions. Driscoll’s is headquartered in Watsonville, CA, while Mark works remotely out of Northern VA. The Mobility program at Driscoll’s houses close to 125 employees spanning 9 countries of operations. Mark has 21 years of Global Mobility experience – prior to Driscoll’s, Mark served as Senior Manager of Global Mobility at Hilton, in McLean, VA for 9 years. Mark also served as Regional Team Lead, Global Mobility, at Lockheed Martin, in Bethesda, MD for 10 years. Prior to his shift toward Mobility and Expatriate administration, Mark worked in Risk Management for Marriott International, Inc., in Bethesda, MD for 5 years, where he started his career after college.

Mark graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD in 1999 with a BA in International Business, and an MBA (also from Mount Saint Mary’s U) in 2008. He obtained the GMS-T certification in 2017 and remains an active member of the WERC forums, serving as President of the Virginia Area Relocation Council (VARC) Board of Directors in Virginia. Mark is fluent in Italian and Spanish, and has a passion for both customer service and building relationships. When he is not working, you can usually find him on a ballfield coaching his two boys.

Backed by two decades of global mobility experience, Ms. Tessa Boone leverages deep subject-matter expertise and strategic agility to direct cross-border talent movement and executive mobility policy. In alignment with her 20 years of industry leadership, she advises senior executives on mobility strategy, oversees regional operations into and within the Americas, and leads expatriate compensation management. Ms. Boone’s proven track record includes implementing global policy frameworks, directing high-performing teams, and driving vendor transitions for fully-outsourced global programs.

A member of Benivo’s Global Mobility Top 100 (2021) and Top 250 Most Admired Corporate Professionals (2022), she holds degrees from Bowling Green State University (M.A.) and Wittenberg University (B.A.) and resides in High Point, North Carolina.

Justin Dauenhauer is Vice President of Business Development at The Tomlinson Family of Companies, a real estate brokerage with 28 offices across three states — with five years in the relocation industry. His growth momentum has been built through hands-on volunteer leadership: Website Chair for the Rocky Mountain Relocation Council, then Events Chair and Sponsorship Chair for the Puget Sound Relocation Council, where he now serves as Education Chair.

He holds the CRP designation, serves as President of the American Relocation Alliance, and sits on WERC’s Emerging Leaders Advisory Council.

Kristin Peterson joined Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in Nashville, TN in December 2018, growing her career in Global Mobility to serve as the Senior Manager, West Global Mobility for The Americas and EMEA regions. Kristin has a small but mighty team working in the U.S. (remotely from NY & FL), Belgium, Hungary and Brazil. She feels fortunate to have the opportunity to share her passion for Global Mobility at Bridgestone, serving her teammates during their life-changing moments. Prior to Bridgestone, she enjoyed over 6 years working as an HR Manager and running the mobility program for Louisiana-Pacific Corporation.

Kristin has spent 14 years in the global mobility industry and credits the Tennessee Relocation Council as a contributor to her growth. She has met, grown and fostered relationships with members who she considers partners and friends. Kristin previously served on the TRC Board of Directors in January 2016 as the Programs Chair, Vice President in 2017, President in 2018 and Advisor in 2019. Kristin returned to the TRC BOD in 2025 as Communications Co-Chair and is serving this year as Vice President. Kristin relocated from Chicago, IL to Nashville, TN with her husband in 2012. She has three children who are her world. She is a self-proclaimed “relocation nerd” and is thankful to work in this industry. The relationships built, and the education shared in this industry are unique and special.

Sawsan Shami is Director of Global Client Solutions at Suddath, a leading relocation and household goods moving company with more than 100 years of experience helping organizations, their employees and families move around the globe. She partners with mobility leaders to design household goods programs that support talent mobility and drive organizational growth.

Sawsan holds the GMS-T® designation from Worldwide ERC® and serves on the board of directors for multiple relocation councils (SRRC & CMARC), while also being a member of the FIDI 39 Club from the FIDI Global Alliance group.

Susanne Fleeman is the Senior Mobility Analyst at Diebold Nixdorf, where she leads the Global Mobility program worldwide. She has 20+ years of experience in international and domestic relocations, as well as immigration, with experience working in both the US and Europe. Outside of work, Susanne enjoys traveling and reading.

As Senior Manager at Newland Chase Consulting, Soo advises a diverse portfolio of clients on immigration and compliance strategies, multi-jurisdictional research consultations, and complex assignment planning. With 15 years of experience in global corporate immigration, Soo has held a variety of positions throughout her tenure, including product manager, researcher and knowledge management lead, and case consultant.

Soo is especially passionate about the intersection of technology and access to information. She serves as the liaison between Newland Chase Consulting and the technology team on knowledge library infrastructure, and her most recent work includes assisting with the development of TripAssure, the firm’s business travel assessment tool. Soo is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and English Literature from St. Olaf College.

Michael is a Senior Associate in Fragomen’s Detroit office, where he focuses his practice on business immigration matters. He represents clients across a variety of industries, including the automotive, technology, media, science, engineering, research, industrial, manufacturing, financial, entertainment and medical sectors.

Michael’s broad immigration experience includes H-1B, L, TN, O and E visas, as well as PERM labor certification, immigrant petitions and national interest waivers. Michael has also managed EB-5 entrepreneur, investor and corporate matters, including I-526 petitions and I-829 petitions. He also has extensive experience with recruiting and managing junior attorneys, legal assistants and contracted staff.

Michael has hosted and moderated seminars and conferences on business and investor-based immigration topics, both domestically and internationally.

Ebony Thompson is a Global Mobility professional with extensive experience managing domestic and international relocation, immigration, and workforce mobility programs. In her role with Lucid Motors, she supports employee mobility initiatives across the United States and globally, partnering with business leaders, HR, Talent Acquisition, immigration counsel, and relocation service providers to deliver compliant and employee-focused mobility solutions.

A recognized leader in the mobility industry, Ebony serves as Registration Co-Chair for the 2026 Great Lakes Relocation Council (GLRC), Board Membership Chair for the Michigan Relocation Council (MiRC), and actively contributes to WERC, Benivo Changemakers, and Global Mobility Journeys. She has been recognized as a Global Mobility Top 250 Women Leader and a Global Mobility Top 100 Diversity Champion.

Sharon Warchol is an experienced Immigration and Global Mobility professional with more than 15 years of expertise in U.S. immigration, corporate compliance, and workforce mobility. As North America Mobility & Immigration Manager at Stellantis, she leads immigration and domestic mobility programs, advises business leaders on immigration strategy and risk management, and oversees vendor partnerships and program operations.

Patricia Cahall is a Senior Manager of Global Mobility at EssilorLuxottica with more than 20 years of HR experience. She leads global mobility programs spanning immigration, relocation, expatriate tax, compliance, and mobility strategy, supporting 300+ visa-sponsored employees and 100+ annual relocations. Patricia is passionate about creating mobility programs that balance business needs, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

Michele Esper is currently serving as the Manager, Global Mobility at Goodyear Tire and Rubber. With nearly two decades of experience in this field, Michele manages international moves and assignments across Latin America for the company.

Her journey in Global Mobility began with her tenure at SIRVA Relocation, where she honed her skills and expertise through various roles, gaining invaluable insights into the complexities of managing global talent mobility.

Melanie Klaschka is a senior global mobility and relocation professional with extensive experience partnering with corporations to design, optimize, and execute effective mobility programs. She works closely with clients to diagnose program challenges, develop forward-thinking mobility policies, and deliver data-driven, people-centered solutions that support both business objectives and employee experience.

With deep expertise across domestic and international relocation, policy strategy, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement, Melanie holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations. She actively serves on multiple regional ERC® boards and committees, including as Vice President for the Northeast Ohio Relocation Roundtable, New Jersey Relocation Council, Philadelphia Area Relocation Council, and the Relocation Council of Central Ohio.

Keith Shafer is Senior Manager of Global Mobility & Immigration at Salesforce. Based in Ann Arbor, Keith has been with Salesforce for over 8 years, supporting and designing their global mobility and immigration programs.

Don Collins is the Growth Lead at Ellis, where he drives the roadmap for Ellis’s core immigration platform in partnership with the engineering, design, and legal teams. Before Ellis, Don was Executive Director of The Parachute Project in Brooklyn and a Product Manager at LoopUp in San Francisco. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Galway.

Dorothy Ren is a Founding Engineer at Ellis, where she builds tools that help legal teams streamline the visa application process. She brings a decade of experience at early-stage startups across engineering, product, and investing, including product roles at Carefull (family financial management) and Chord (e-commerce data platforms). Dorothy holds a BA in Economics from Wellesley College.
